Dr Hynd has cumulated more than 20 years of experience in Finance and Strategy. Nominated by Forbes among the 100 most influential women and most influential Arab women in Business (2015), she was honored as a member of the Johns Hopkins Society of Scholars (2018).
After my PhD from Harvard following my Engineering Diploma from Centrale Paris, I started at the World Bank in Washington DC before joining the Prime Minister of Morocco as an economic adviser.
I became an entrepreneur in 2014, reaching multiple millions as an advisor and high-level consultant. Then, I created the BAL Method and Femme LEADER in 2021 to help women become great leaders, and together change the world and the way wealth creation is perceived.
I designed the Leaders Mastermind to combine high-level coaching and training with strategy and action-taking, to help you level up your leadership and stay focused on your objectives while understanding the energetics of wealth creation and prosperity.
